Good day!

Yes, we did enjoyed the trip very much! The tour guides were nice and friendly.

The crews on V Spirit Cruise are nice and fun :)

Ms. Ha guided us for the Ninh Binh tour and she is well spoken in English and very informative.

One thing for improvement may be the time length to pick up the tourists from the hotel.

For Ninh Binh tour, we have stayed on the bus around 1 hour before we departed to the destination.

This was mainly due to 2 late tourists from one of the hotel, where we waited in the bus for 30 mins before they board.

We can accommodate for 5 to 10 mins late, but not 30 mins. That's too long for so many of us, waiting for the late comers.

Overall, it's a wonderful trip and I thank you for your great service.
