When I was booking my trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, I was getting really high quotes from UK based tour companies.  I decided to look for a local one with the help of TripAdvisor.  I came across Indochina Best Travel, hence gave them a try.  Ms Xuyen was extremely professional from the start.  very quick to respond and set an itinerary which was perfect for my young family.  There were no pressure tactics or any issues.  I was concerned transferring a large sum of money, however I should not have been - they where absolutely amazing.  the tour guides, drivers, pick up and drop offs where brilliant and always on time.  the internal flights were all booked by the team as well as tours and hotels.  we can across an issue when we were going to Cambodia - with my neglect, I forgot to check my daughters passport - it was just shy of 6 months left in passport - for which Cambodia requires more than 6 months.   The airline refused to check us in.  I called Xuyen who spoke told me not to worry.  she called the immigration team and worked with the check in staff to sort out our visas.  within 30 minutes we were checking in and on route to Cambodia - thank you so much for what you have organised and helping us with my error.  I could not recommend this team enough - absolute top class at a reasonable price too.  we will definitely be using you again.
