Deposits
All trips require deposit US$100 per person is non-refundable. After receiving your deposit we will process your booking and send you confirmation voucher as soon as get confirmation from services. Sometimes deposit depends on payment condition of each cruise or hotels.
Cancellations
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax. Cancellations will be charged as follows:
More than 45 days prior to trip departure. No charge
30- 44 days before arrival: 10% charge
20-29 days before arrival: 25% charge
7-19 days before arrival: 50% charge
2-6 days before arrival: 75% charge
with 24 hours /now show: 100% charge.
Liability and Insurance
Certain parts of the tour are provided by the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices operating independently. Indochina Best Travel is therefore, not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused thereby to the tourists including those occurring outside of the normal touring program. Additional expenses incurred due the delay, accidents, natural disasters, political actions and unrest shall be borne by the tourists. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Indochina Best Travel will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
