Travel to Cu Chi as a VIP on one of our modern speedboats arriving hours before the large tour groups. Your English-speaking guide will explain the life along the banks of the Saigon River as your boat gracefully slaloms through the water hyacinths. After the scenic one-hour boat trip our guide will take you through the historic Cu Chi Tunnels. A light breakfast will be served on the way to Cu Chi and a traditional Vietnamese lunch will be served after visiting the tunnels. This tour is all-inclusive and hassle free.
There are two options for Cu Chi Tunnels tour, go and back by boat or have a combine van & boat trip.
7:15am or 11:15am departure (length of tour: 5 hours) for the tour by boat
- 7:15 – 7:45 am: Pick up at hotel by Minivan 16 seats. Then transfer to Tan Cang Pier.
- 8:00 am: Depart to Cu Chi Tunnels by Luxury Speedboat tour. When on board, enjoy a light breakfast of The Pat’ a Chou Cake & Seasonal Fruits
- 9:15 am: Arrive to Cu Chi Tunnels. Starting to discover an immense network of connecting tunnels located in the Cu Chi District of Ho Chi Minh. The Tunnels were used by Viet Cong soldiers as hiding spots during combat, as well as serving as communication and supply routes ,hospitals, food and weapon caches and living quarters for numerous North Vietnamese fighters.
ü Walking in the jungle and visiting the traps, the secret entrances, the bunkers and underground hideouts.
ü Relaxing with shooting real guns at the riffle range of Cu Chi Tunnels (Exclusive of bullets)
ü Seeing the rice paper (spring roll skin) and rice – wine production line.
ü Crawling into the tunnels and enjoying the special and fantastic feeling.
ü Taking a rest, drinking green tea and having tapioca – the main food served during the war time.
ü Watching a documentary film about one of the most sophisticated man - made tunnels together with its extraordinary wartime legends.
- 11h45am: Finishing Cu Chi Tunnels Tour and Back to Tan Cang Resort.
- 12h45pm: Arrival Tan Cang Resort – Take a short relax
- 13h00pm: Starting lunch with Vietnamese Style – Set menu at Tan Cang riverside restaurant
- 14h00pm: Finish the amazing journey with SGRT and back to your hotel.
