Cyclo – the three-wheel bicycle taxi first appeared in Vietnam since the French’s colonial period and soon became one of the popular transportation for the rich during colonial rule. Nowadays, it’s not a way of transport that local people normally uses but highly recommended among visitors worldwide. Sit in a cyclo and watch the streets slowly go by is one of the highlights for most of Vietnam tours from North to South. This one-excursion will take you to around the city of Nha Trang in this famous cyclo plus a relax time at the mud bath and hot mineral spring.
Pick up at Cau Da Port, we will be welcomed by our guide and driver. Today, we will explore this coastal city by cyclo. We will first ride along the Beach Boulevard of Tran Phu where has the most luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, boutiques and many others. The cyclo ride then takes us to XQ historical village, an embroidery gallery and workshops with chance to admire XQ most skillful workers’ making beautiful masterpieces of handmade embroidery. We then visit the Stone church which was built between 1928 and 1933 and considered the oldest Catholic Church, the Long Son Pagoda, built in 1886, also the biggest and the oldest pagoda in Nha Trang.
After lunch in a local restaurant, we visit the Po Nagar Cham Towers, the remains of Cham Kingdom in Vietnam which was built between the 7th and 12th century. After a long day of touring, we will have free and fun time relaxing at the mud bath and Hot mineral spring before dropping at Dam market for last minutes shopping. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Cau Da Port in good time for cruising. Trip ends.
